I want to encourage , motivate and give to all the confidence and knowledge when they walk into the gym and provide a enjoyable , fun and happy experience. I specialise in body recomposition (the process of losing fat while gaining muscle). I aim to push my clients to achieve their goals and more importantly enjoy the process.

    I’m a level 2 and level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people to improve their self-confidence, as well as in the gym. I believe that being fit and healthy does not have to be achieved by extreme and punishing methods but can be enjoyable and sustainable. My main specialities are weightlifting, using proper form and technique and helping my clients to achieve their fitness goals in a manageable, realistic way. As well as being a part time PT and fitness fanatic, I have a full-time job as a Design Engineer and I’m a massive foodie. You don’t have to worry about me promoting unhelpful fad diets and quick fixes! I look forward to helping you achieve your gym-related dreams.

    Hi I’m Zac, starting my own fitness journey was one of the best decisions I have made. It boosted my self esteem , confidence and made me so much happier looking in the mirror.  Playing football and running at a very competitive level the gym also boosted my performance in both.  I’m a level 3 personal trainer who specialises in hypertrophy training - the most effective training to help you build muscle.  I also specialise in improving athletic performance and overall fitness. I hope now I can help others achieve their sporting/fitness goals.
